When Can You Make A Motorcycle Accident Claim In Denver?

After a motorcycle collision, you have three years to make your claim within the statute of limitations set forth in Colo. Rev. Stat. § 13-80-101. This time limit applies to incidents involving a motor vehicle. If you delay beyond the allowed time, you won’t be allowed to make your case.
